From strategy to intervention logic

As described and in order to identify and implement a solid and effective monitoring system, it is first necessary to define the INTERVENTION LOGIC.

It is necessary to connect and logically link the different components in such a way that those are clearly interrelated and that the relations of cause/effect (therefore of means and ends) are clear. To do this, the following assumptions were made:

Each priority should be connected to a specific objective that indicates what we want to achieve by investing in that particular area and why we want to invest there and not elsewhere.

This leads to the definition of an INTERVENTION LOGIC.

The proposal is therefore to first define
an intervention logic

and then identify the indicators to be verified.
